Hi, I’m Chrishawn Knowlden, LMFT, and I’m so glad you’re here.

I offer virtual therapy for women, moms, and LGBTQ+ clients across California who are navigating anxiety, ADHD, depression, and the emotional weight of being the one who holds everything together.

My style is warm, grounded, and supportive, with an intentional focus on helping you build clarity, emotional regulation, and confidence in yourself. Therapy isn’t just about getting through the week, it’s about creating a life that feels calmer, more aligned, and more sustainable.

In our work together, we’ll explore what’s been keeping you stuck, overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally drained. We’ll build tools that support your daily life, while also gently working through deeper patterns and beliefs that have been shaping how you show up in the world.
